RTE Admission Last Date in Tamil Nadu 2023-24
According to the Right to Education Act and Free Compulsory Education for Children Act, one-fourth of the seats in private schools are to be allocated for children from backward and economically disadvantaged groups. In the year 2023-2024, parents from such sectors can submit applications through rte.tnschool.gov.in from the 20th of April to the 18th of May (anticipated dates) for enrolment in the first level of school (LKG or Class I).
Submissions for LKG and Class I will be due by 18.05.2023 (Tentative Date). On 21.05.2023 (Assumption only!), the approved requests and explanations for denial will be posted on the school’s website and bulletin board at 5:00 PM. For LKG, the candidates should have been born between 01-08-2019 to 31-07-2020, and for Class I, the applicants should have been born between 01-08-2017 to 31-07-2018. When filing either online or in person, documents such as student photograph, birth certificate, parent ID card, address proof, caste certificate, and income certificate must be presented free of charge at the offices of the Chief Education Officer or District Education Officer. If more applications are received than spaces available, a random draw will take place on 23.05.2022 and the list of the names of the chosen children will be published on the website/notice board 24th May 2023 (Expected). These children must be enrolled by 29th May 2023 (Expected).
How To Apply Online RTE Admission 2023-24 in Tamil Nadu
If parents or guardians want to get their kids admitted to RTE Schools in Tamil Nadu in 2023, they must follow the steps listed to apply online. Initially, they must visit the RTE TN admission portal via the link provided or click the official admission portal link rte.tnschools.gov.in.
After clicking on the RTE Online Admission portal, you must register with their ID and password, and then click on the application form. All the details asked in the form must be filled in, and the necessary documents must be uploaded. Finally, they must click on the submit button and take a printout of the application for future reference.
Deadlines for Admission under Tamil Nadu RTE 2023
Educational institutions must provide information about the number of students that can be accepted in the entry-level classes and make a separate register for one-fourth of this intake. This is to be announced soon. Additionally, the notice board and website should show details of the 25% of intakes. The start date and end date of the online application process will also be declared soon. Furthermore, the names of those who are eligible for admission and those who are rejected, along with the reason for the rejection, will be updated soon. In the event that random selection is necessary, the details of this will be issued soon. The names of those chosen for admission, along with the application numbers, should be displayed on the notice board and website.
TN RTE Admission Rules 2023-24
The rules for LKG and Class 1 admissions under TN RTE Rules 2011 are that the total and 25% of students strength should be displayed in the Notice Board and advertised in local newspapers. Parents can apply online in the official admission portal of rte.tnschoolsgov.in for the admission. The acknowledgement receipt should be provided to the applicant.
Rajasthan RTE Admission Form 2023-24
Rajasthan Right to Education (RTE) is an Act that guarantees the right to free and compulsory education to all children between the ages of 6 and 14 in India. It provides the framework for the realization of the right of free and compulsory education for all children in the age group of 6-14 years. The RTE Act in Rajasthan lays down the rules, regulations, and procedures for the admission of children in the schools in Rajasthan. The RTE Act in Rajasthan mandates 25% reservation for children from weaker sections of the society and disadvantaged groups in private schools. The admission process for RTE admission in Rajasthan begins with the submission of the RTE documents. The documents required for admission are birth certificate, income certificate, and proof of residence. Once the admission is granted, the school authorities will provide the necessary documents such as the admission form and other necessary documents. The parents have to submit these documents along with the fee to the school. After the fee is paid, the admission of the child is confirmed by the school.
Rajasthan RTE Admission Dates 2023-24
The timeline for Rajasthan’s RTE process is outlined below with corresponding activities and serial numbers:

2. Parents are to submit applications online and upload documents between 06 February 2023 and 13 February 2023
3. Establishing the order of priority for the children’s admission through an online lottery – 15 February 2023
4. Parents are to report online between 15 February 2023 and 17 February 2023
5. Examining applications from 15 February 2023 to 20 February 2023
6. To lodge a complaint about the correction/refusal of the application to the CBEO/Jishia office from 15 February 2023 to 24 February 2023
7. Students are to make corrections to their applications from 15 February 2023 to 23 February 2023
8. Schools are to recheck the revised applications from 15 February 2023 to 27 February 2023
9. Selecting RTE seats available through the portal on 28 February 2023
Maharashtra RTE Admission 2023-24
The Maharashtra Right to Education (RTE) online Admission 2023-24 process has begun. This process is a part of the RTE Act of 2009, which was implemented by the Government of Maharashtra for providing free and compulsory education to children between the ages of 6 and 14. RTE Maharashtra Online Admission Lottery Logic
The RTE Maharashtra Online Admissions 2014-15 Lottery Logic is a provisional process used to allocate schools to eligible candidates. All eligible candidates will be considered for all their preferred schools and no candidate will be dropped after the allotment of one school. Priority should be given to those residing within 1KM radius from the school, followed by those living within 2-3KM radius from the school applied for. The lottery process (Physical) involves taking number of bowls equal to the digits of maximum number of applications received for any school applicable, with each bowl representing 0-9 digits in order from rightmost digit being represented first.
Chhattisgarh RTE Admission 2023-24
The RTE 12(1)(c) scheme was passed by the Indian Parliament in 2009 and came into effect from 2010. In Chhattisgarh, it has been amended to provide benefits up to class XII since 2019. Under this scheme, 25% of seats are reserved for children from disadvantaged families in all non-aided and non-minority private schools. Eligible students can take admission between the ages of 3 and 6½ years old, with free education provided until completion of class XII. Around 2.9 lakh students have benefited from this scheme so far as it seeks to bring social inclusion through eliminating discrimination among different classes in society.
Chhattisgarh RTE Admission Dates 2023-24
