Subject: Revision of pension of Pre-2006 pensioners – reg.
Reference: This office Important Circulars No. 102 bearing no. GI/C/0198/VOL-IV/Tech dated 11-02-2013.
Attention of all pension disbursing authorities is invited to above cited circular wherein instructions had been issued for implementation of GOI, Ministry of P,PG and pensions, Deptt of P&PW OM No. 38/37/08-P&PW(A,) dated 28 January, 2013 and this order was applicable w.e.f 24.09.2012. Now, GOI, Ministry of P, PG and pension, Dept of P&PW have further issued orders under their OM No. 38/37/08 P&PW (A) dated 30.07.2015, that “the pension/family pension of all pre-2006 pensioners/family pensioners my be revised in accordance with this Department’s OM No. 38/37/08-P&PW(A) dated 28.1.2013 with effect from 24.9.2012.”
(2) In case the consolidated pension/family pension calculated as per Para 4.1 of OM No.38/37/08-P&PW (A) dated 01-09-2008 is higher than the pension/family pension calculated in the manner indicated in the OM dated 28.01.2013, the same ( higher consolidated pension/family pension) will continue to be treated as basic pension/ family pension.
(3) All other conditions as given in OM No. 38/37/08-P&PW (A) dated 1.9.2008, as amended from time to time shall remain unchanged.
(4) All pension disbursing authorities are therefore, requested to revise the pension/family pension in affected cases in terms of Govt. OM No. 38 /37/08-P&PW(A) dated 28-01-2013 w.e.f. 01.01.2006 instead of 24.09.2012. Payment made w.e.f. 01.01.2006 will be adjusted against the arrears now being paid and these cases may be reflected in the monthly account sent to this office as ‘change item’.
(5) Where the PDAs are in doubt in regulating the payment of revised pension/family pension under these orders, the cases with full details of pensioner/family pensioners and PPO No: etc may be referred to Audit Section of this office for advice and further action.

Sir, my old P.P.O. No. is 09/97/B/S/00810/2000 and my pension has been revised many times towards 6th C.P.C., OROP and 7th C.P.C. but I have not received Corrigendum/new P.P.O. according to revised pension.
Sir/Madam,
1. Reference office of the PCDA(PENSION) Allahabad pension payment order No. M/003900/2003 and disability element PPO No. M/DIS/001531/2003.
2 .I , Major Gian Chand retired from Army on 03 Dec 2003 vide above quoted ppo. On implementation of OROP in the month of Feb 2016 the basic pension of a MAJOR has been revised to Rs 23815/- from Rs. 18205/- and disability pension also.All the Army personnel has got their revised pension in the month of Mar 2016 alongwith arriers but I haven’t received so far. Reason Not understood for non payment of revised pension and arriers.
3. I am also not satisfied with the arriers paid to the pre 2006 pensioners. In this case arriers of disability pension has not been paid. I have been released from Army with 30 per cent disability on 31 Dec2003 .As per 6th Pay Commission army personnel who has been released with 20 to 50 percent disability will get 50 percent disability pension. In my case it is not given at all.

I have not receive any amount up to now, I have retired from Indian Navy on 30.06.1993. So it’s request that please help me to get the areas as early as possible taking you.
Sir, I was retaired from army as on 1-11-1999 As a hav total service 18 yrs 10 Month 6 Days Inf Gp Y. now basic is 6223/- as per circular no 144 how much arrier I will be get. No any amount received till date.

My service no 257849, rank mwo, group Y , DOD was 30-6-2003 and w.e.f dt 01-07-2003 my basic pension was Rs4775/- pm vide PPO No 08/14/B/09222/2003 of IAF and on dated 01-07-2009 my basic pension was increased as Rs 12285/- PM.
All pensioner revised their pension wef 01-01-2006 vide circular No 547,548 & 549 arrears not.received, pesion not revised till date and I request to your kind honor to tell/write me how much will.be my arrears and basic pension as on today for which please clarify me as soon as possible. Thanks

In the interest of the Nation :-
There should be no age bar for learn and earn.
There should be no reservation on caste basis specially in the Armed Forces and in the Profession of Doctors and Engineers to make the India strong and dynamic, it will help to achieve the goal of Make in India.
If sufficient evidences are available with the victimised person, his/her case be admitted by the Courts and in the interest of social and natural justice. No one be denied for justice at a later date by any court as has done in my case by the Hon’ble Armed Forces Tribunal (PB).
AFT admitted my case after a long discussion, heard the case almost every month for two years. On the day of judgement, ordered case is dismissed due to inordinate delay in submission of appeal to this Tribunal. What was the meaning of admitting the case and then what was the purpose of hearings the case for two years?
Kindly do the needful in the interest of the people of your country and oblige please.
