    Sir,

    1. It is known and misinterpretated from a Records Office and PDA that pre-2006 Honorary Naib Subedars who served Army for more than 26 years service have no right to claim equal pension of post-2006 retirees with effect from 01 Jan 2006 as the recommendations of 6th cpc and Govt orders dated 12 Jun 2009 incorporated in PCDA Circular No 415 is applicable only to post-2006 retirees as well as to ACP-I..

    2. This is for information please.

    Sir,
    1. 6th CPC recommened pre-2006 Havildars gtd Hony Nb Sub and post-2006 Havildars gtd ACP-I subsequantly gtd hony nb sub wef 01 Jan 2006. Service pension for both pre & post 2006 retirees extended equal to regular Naib Subedar.

    2. It is seen that pension for post-2006 retirees upgraded to regular Nb Sub but pre-2006 retirees are still depriving. As such para 5.1.62 of 6th cpc not yet implemented to pre-2006 Honorary Naib Subedars who are depriving from the benefits of revision of service pension wef 01 jan 2006. All the resposible authorities are ignoring the Govt decisions/orders dated 12 Jun 2009 why?
