FILING OF CASE IN THE CAT FOR THE UPGRADATION OF GRADE PAY OF LDC & UDC-REGARDING
Dear friends,
As has already published in our web site earlier, a case for the upgradation of LDC & UDC has to be filed in the Principle CAT Delhi by 1st week of March. But due to our inconvenience to file a case at Principle CAT at this moment, the Association has decided to file the said case in the CAT Jabalpur. Consequently, the date of filing of the case is shifted to 4th week of March. In this respect, I had visited the lawyer at Jabalpur twice and finally I am visiting Jabalpur in the 4th week to file the case. Anyhow, it will be filed in the 4th week itself and immediately after receipt of a copy, the same will be published in our web site.
I request you to please continue the co-operation and encouragement that given to us so far so that the fight for the upgradation of the Grade pay of LDC & UDC w.e.f. 1.1.2006 may be continued.
