Subject: Interest rate on House Building Advance (HBA) to Central Government Employees – reg.
The undersigned is directed to state that in partial modification of this Ministry’s OM No. I.17011/ 11(4)/2016 -H.II dated 09.11.2017 regarding House Building Advance Rules (HBA) – 2017, the rate of interest on House Building Advance to Central Government Employees will be @ 7.1% for FY 2022-23 starting from 1st April, 2022 to 31st March, 2023.

I request your help in pay fixation…
I am in level 11 with basic 78500. i got promotion on 1.7.22 to level 12. My next increment date is Jan 23. Please guide me what option i have to choose for pay fixation as 1. fixation on promotion date and 2. fixation on next increment date.
Please guide.

If the pay fixation is not 4th in service give January increment option then you will get 2 increments in level 11 as normal increment & promotional increment as on 1-1-23 as 83300 & DNI on 1-1-24 as 83600 in MATRIX LEVEL 12 onwards
