Dasara Bonus for Railway Employees 2020

The General Secretaries of All Indian Railwaymen’s Federation (AIRF) and National Federation of Indian Railwaymen (NFIR) writes to Railway Board separately regarding the payment of the Productivity Linked Bonus for this year 2019-220.

The Central Government has not yet decided the days of Productivity Linked Bonus for Railway employees for this current year 2020.

However, the reliable source says, the Cabinet Committee would be taken this agenda in the next meeting and the decision on the PLB Bonus for Railway and Central Government employees will be declared shortly.

Bonus Ceiling Removal

The salary calculation ceiling for payment of PL Bonus continued to remain at Rs. 7000 per month. Removal of ceiling for payment of PL Bonus on actual wages as the bonus is linked with productivity and this issue is pending as of now. [Click to view the NFIR Letter Dated 4.8.2020]
