What is the current rate of DA for WB Govt employees and Pensioners?
As per the Finance Department of West Bengal order (8th January 2021) the West Bengal State Government employees of Boards, Corporations, educational institutions, etc., drawing pay more than Rs.201,000only will also get Dearness Allowance at the rate of 3% of the revised basic pay with effect from 1.1.2021. And the pensioners, family pensioners still drawing a pre-revised pension, and family pension (as per ROPA 2009) will get Dearness Relief at the rate of 133% with effect from 1.1.2021.

DR Hike to Judicial Officers in West Bengal
According to the official order issued by the Finance Department of West Bengal, the rate of Dearness Relief on basic pension/family pension for the retired Judicial Officers of the WB Government has been enhanced from 203% to 212% with effect from 1.7.2022.
