Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief Calculation tool for January 2020
A new estimation tool for finding the imaginary percentage of Dearness allowance and Dearness Relief with effect from January 2020 for the employees working in Central Government and pensioners retired from Central Government.
AICPIN is the key index factor for calculating DA and DR as per the recommendations of 7th pay commission.
The Central Government granting DA and DR two times per year as two installments from January to June and July to December to all eligible employees and pensioners.
Last year 2019, one installment from Jan to Jun 2019 is already over and another installment from Jul to Dec 2019 is almost finalized and waiting for Cabinet approval.

The first installment of DA and DR calculation is just started after realsing the AICPIN for the month of July 2019. AICPIN for the month of July 2019 is going upward by three points from its current level. Now, AICPIN stands at 319.
