I am a Central Govt Pensioner having retired from the Income tax Dept in 1990. AS per the CPAO website, my revised PPO consequent to the 7th CPC revision was sent to the CPPC SBI Bangalore on 30th Oct 2017. So far, even after 8 months, neither the revised pension nor the arrears due from 1. 1. 2016 have been credited to my pension account. Two mails addressed to the CPPC SBI Bangalore by the Chief Manager of the Branch as well as by me have not been answered. Can I get any help on this?
