Step-by-Step: Apply Online for BPSC Teacher 2025

One Time Registration (OTR) is essential for candidates applying for various examinations through the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) website. To begin the OTR process, candidates must click on the New User Registration Button. This registration remains valid for all future announcements by the Commission but does not serve as an application for any specific examination. Its primary function is to collect applicant information and provide a personalized dashboard for managing profiles.

Candidates must provide a valid email address and mobile number during the OTR process, as an OTP will be sent for verification. It is crucial to use the password created during OTR for any subsequent online applications. The policy prohibits multiple OTR registrations; violating this rule may lead to application rejection or cancellation. Those who have previously registered must complete the OTR process again on the new portal.

To access the online application dashboard, candidates should log in using their mobile number or email ID along with the password created during OTR. It is important to note that once the OTR is completed, candidates cannot change or correct their name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, or Aadhaar date of birth. Additionally, applicants are required to upload necessary documents through a Digilocker Account as part of their application process.

Register on DigiLocker for Bihar Teacher Application 2025

The Meri Pehchan Portal of Digilocker will be accessible once the OTR process is completed. Candidates with a Digilocker account must log in and provide consent for their account to be linked to OAMS. Those without a Digilocker account can create one and then grant the necessary consent to OAMS.

Applicants who have previously uploaded documents to Digilocker and have granted access to OAMS can directly link those documents to OAMS. Alternatively, if an applicant chooses not to use the Digilocker portal, they can navigate back to the online application portal by using the Back button on their browser and complete the process by entering their login credentials there.

Bihar Teacher Recruitment: Profile Setup Instructions

  • The process of creating a profile consists of six essential steps.
  • In the first step, applicants must provide personal information, including caste and category details, disability status, sports participation, ex-servicemen status, NCC involvement, and government employment. It is crucial to save this information before proceeding.
  • The second step requires applicants to enter their permanent and correspondence addresses, with an option to indicate if both addresses are the same. This information must also be saved.
  • During the third step, applicants need to disclose any criminal records or punishments, followed by saving this information.
  • The fourth step focuses on educational qualifications, where applicants must detail their education up to the 10th and 12th grades. This includes various specifics such as subjects studied, qualification status, and marks obtained. After entering all relevant details, applicants must click the Add button and save the information.
  • In the fifth step, applicants indicate their work experience, selecting ‘Yes’ or ‘No.’ If ‘Yes’ is chosen, they must provide comprehensive details about their employment history, including type of employment and institution details. This information should also be saved after completion.
  • The final step involves uploading a live photograph and signatures in both English and Hindi, adhering to specific size requirements. After confirming the accuracy of all provided information, applicants must submit and lock their profiles.

Note:-

Candidates have the option to unlock their profile and correct any inaccuracies in the information entered under the Profile Tab following the One Time Registration (OTR). However, once the profile is created and the application is submitted in response to a specific advertisement, no modifications can be made to the information provided in that application. After locking the profile, applicants can only view the list of Active Advertisements under the New Advertisement Tab.

It is important to note that if an application is submitted for any advertisement after the profile has been locked, no corrections or changes will be allowed for any details provided in that advertisement. This emphasizes the need for candidates to ensure the accuracy of their information before locking their profiles and submitting applications.
