AIIMS Recruitment & Transfer of Doctors & Paramedical Staff
AIIMS, the esteemed medical institutions, undertake the recruitment and relocation of doctors and paramedical personnel. This process is carried out based on the current vacancies and the incorporation of new services and facilities within the hospitals. Being autonomous establishments, each AIIMS independently publishes advertisements to fill faculty and non-faculty positions approved for the Institute. As it stands, there are no regulations or policies in place for transferring doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, or any other personnel from one AIIMS institute to another. The Ministry has not put forth any proposals regarding this matter.
