Gujarat Govt declares 8% DA Hike for its Employees and Pensioners
On May 23, 2023, Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel announced an 8% Dearness Allowance (DA) increase for state government employees and teachers. This hike will be divided into two parts: a 4% increase effective from July 1, 2022, and another 4% increase from January 1, 2023.
