Sir, One of my employee got Adhoc promotion from PML-6 to PML-7 ( Assumption of charge involved and having higher responsibilities). Whether he is eligible for increment on adhoc promotion? Please clarify.
No increment on adhoc promotion.
Sir, I got upgradation after completion of 04 years of service from PML-4 to PML-5 in the month of march 2019 and my pay in PML-4 is Rs.27900/-.
My pay fixed as Rs.29200/- in PML-5 as per FR22(1)(a)(2) with DNI as 01/01/2020. Please clarify whether the date of next increment fixed on 01.01.2020 is correct or am i eligible for increment on 01.07.2019? (i got only upgradation not promotion).
Since you got up gradation of basic pay in March, 2019 so you have completed (6 months) same pay from January to June 20, so you will get increment from 1st July, 2020.
