As per the Gazette Notification issued by the Department of Pension & Pensioners Welfare on 12.5.2017, the revision of Pension Calculation for Pre-2016 Pensioners are given below with some illustrations.

मै 817121 Ex NC(E) HEMAN THAKUR. भारतीय वायू सेना से सेवा नीवीऱीत सन् 31 मई 2009 |मेरा बेसीक पेय 5810 रू था| ओआर ओ पी +315 रूपया बॉढा़ कर टोटल 6125 रू ×2.57 से 15742 रूपय कीया गया| जब की 7200 रूपया × 2.57 = 18504 रूपया होना था| |इसके मुताबीक 2762रूपया कम दीया जाता है |सबसे कम 18000 रूपया कीया गया था | टोटल सेवा 38 साल 26 दीन कीया था |

Giving no pensionary benefit of service after 33 yrs and above where as one is looser in the yrs of commutation and recovery period as the honorary ranks draw fixed salary for a limited period. Honorary rank is granted to those who leave service on superannuation at 57 yrs and not earlier as applicable in IAF. In sister service they retire at the age of 48 or 50yrs with honorary ranks with 28 to 32 yrs service at the same fixed pay and pension which is given to those retiring on superannuation.in IAF.Will it be looked into in 7th cpc implementation.
