III.Modified Assured Carred Progression Scheme:

1. I had completed 26 yrs and 24 days of service in army ,out of which near abouts 20 years service completed in Havildar rank and granted me Havildar ACP-I. In this connection my corrg PPO No S/corr/024592/2012(Army) is relevant and as per OROP, PCDA Circular 555 para 11(c), Havildar ACP-I is eligible for revision of pension of Naib Subedar (Group ‘Y’) but sorry to say you that as on date my basic pension is Rs. 10029/- and basic given is in table 7 of ibid Circular for 26 years of Naib Subedar is Rs. 10405/-. I am taking Rs.376/- less basic,i n this connection, since long all concerned authorities has already been requested regularly, since last six months but till date no fruitful reply has not been received. My retirement date is 30 Nov 2011.
2. Besides above as per AHQ,AG Branch letter No B/33513/ACP/AG/PS-2(c) dt 03 Aug 2009 and PCDA Circular No 555 para 11(c) I am eligible for revision of service pension of Subedar because out of my ibid service I had completed near abouts 20 years of service has been completed in Havildar rank which eligibles for Havildar ACP-II aS well as revision of service pension of Subedar. PCDA has already been requested to look into matter but PCDA has suggested to me liaise with AOC (R), Secunderabad because PCDA has sanctioned pension at correct rate as per records forwarded by AOC(R) . in this context AOC (R) has already been requested to forward my correct records of my valuable service to PCDA so as to enable them to grant me Havildar ACP-II which is eligible for revision of pension of Subedar but till date no reply has been received from AOC(R), Secunderabad . Please intimate me for further correct actions.
