7th CPC Extra Work Allowance – Caretaking Relaxation

Under the 7th Central Pay Commission, there are extra work allowances available for employees who take on additional duties beyond their regular job responsibilities. These allowances can be beneficial for those who have caretaking functions, such as looking after elderly or disabled family members. The commission has provided relaxation in the eligibility criteria for such employees, in order to recognize the importance of their caretaking roles and the extra effort they put in to balance their work and personal lives. This allowance can help ease the financial burden of caregiving and provide some relief to these employees.
