60 Days as Bonus for Postal Employees 2020

As part of a government initiative to show appreciation for the hard work of postal employees, a bonus of 60 days has been granted for the year 2020. This means that postal workers across the country will receive extra compensation for their dedication to ensuring that packages and mail are delivered on time, even during challenging circumstances. This bonus serves as a recognition of the valuable role that postal employees play in the functioning of our society.

In a recent move, the Department of Posts has announced that it will be granting a productivity linked bonus to its employees. This bonus will be equivalent to the emoluments of 60 days and will be applicable for the Assessment Year 2019-20. This move is aimed at boosting the morale of postal employees and recognizing their hard work and dedication towards their jobs. The department hopes that this bonus will not only motivate its employees but also improve their productivity and efficiency.
