TN SSLC 10th Downloading Provisional Certificates and Re-totalling

Tamil Nadu SSLC 10th Standard Application for downloading provisional certificates and re-totalling

The results of the Class X Board examinations for regular and private candidates, that were held from 14.03.2019 until 29.03.2019, will be announced on 29.04.2019 at 09.30 AM. Candidates can see their results by entering their registration number, and date, month and year of birth on the following website.

Results can also be obtained, free of cost, at any of the National Informatics Centres, located in each district, at the District Collector’s Offices, and at all the branch libraries.

Students can also verify their results, with marks, at their schools.

Results will be sent via SMS to the mobile phone number that was given by the student in the affidavits submitted by them at their respective schools.

For private candidates, SMS will be sent to the mobile numbers registered by them in their online applications.

Downloading Provisional Marklists and Certificates

From the afternoon of 02.05.2019, students can obtain provisional marklists and certificates from the Principals of their respective schools. Private candidates can contact the principals of the school/centres where they wrote their exams for their provisional certificates. Regular candidates/private candidates can directly download their provisional marklists, from www.dge.tn.nic.in on entering their registration number and date of birth, from the afternoon of 06.05.2019.

Application for re-totalling

Applications for re-totalling can be made for any subject that the candidate had appeared for in the class X exams held in March 2019.

Persons interested in applying for re-totalling should apply for it between 02.05.2019 (Thursday) and 04.05.2019 (Saturday), before 5.45 PM. Regular candidates should apply for retotalling through their respective schools. Private candidates should apply through the centres where they had written their exams.

Mode of Payment of Retotalling Fees

The students should pay the retotalling fee in cash at their respective schools (for regular candidates), or at the centre where they had appeared for the examinations (for private candidates). The students should safely keep the fees payment receipt. They must quote the receipt number to find out the retotalling results.

June 2019, Special Supplementary Exams for Class X

Special supplementary exams shall be held from June 14 to 22 for candidates who didn’t pass the Class X examinations that were held in March 2019, and for those who couldn’t appear for those exams for various reasons. Please note that announcements in this regard shall be made very soon.
