Asif (Rs 30 lakhs), Murugan Ashwin (Rs 20 lakhs), Akash Vashisht (Rs 20 lakhs) and Abdul P A (Rs 20 lakhs). With a budget of 9.85 crores and nine new team members, Rajasthan Royals completed their squad.

Rajasthan Royals Team Captain 2023
Sanju Samson has been selected as the team’s captain for the 2023 season; Sanju Vishwanath Samson is a right-handed batsman with excellent wicket-keeping abilities. He made his Indian Premier League debut in 2013 and won over the fans in his first season with his strong performance. This wicketkeeper batter is believed to have been trained by India’s most famous batsman, Rahul Dravid. Sanju has a respectable IPL track record.
He scored approximately 342 runs during the 2019 IPL season and added another 375 runs during the following season in 2020. Later, in 2021, he was given a chance to serve as the IPL team’s manager. He was the RR’s leader in 2022 and was eager to begin his third season as the team’s captain.
