Kindly recall our earlier communication of even number dated 7th August, 2020 (copy enclosed), on the aforementioned subject matter.
As Dussehra/Durga Puja Festival is approaching fast and Railwaymen are awaiting eagerly for payment of PLB, it would be in all appropriateness that, payment of PLB to Railway employees, for the financial year 2019-20, should be made, considering the facts mentioned in our letter dated 7th August, 2020.
An early action shall be highly appreciated.

Fake Orders on Bonus to Non-Gazetted Railway Employees
Fact Check: Govt not giving Productivity Linked Bonus to non-gazetted railway employees
Government has rejected an order purportedly issued by the Railway Minister claiming that it will give Productivity Linked Bonus to eligible non-gazetted railway employees in 2019-2020.
In a tweet, Press Information Bureau termed the order as fake, making the rounds on social media. It clarified that no such order has been issued.
