Where is OROP Table?More than two months time is over since the OROP announcement , still the OROP table is awaited. Why this abnormal delay? The concerned authorities should explain.

I am sgt perianayagam retired from indian airforce in 1981 after 15 years of service.I like to bring to the organsisation concern with exservicemen welfare/ the grievance that most of the public sector banks willfully delaying the payment of revision of pension arrears.Since arrears are calculated at the Head office of the relevant public sector banks the branch is not able
togive any reply for the del;ay in payment. When salary revision of bank employees revised the the arrears were paid within few days. This time arrears of pre 2006 revised the Govt gO was 3.9.2015 and immediately CDA sent circular no 547 dated 11.9.2015 all pension disbursing authorities. But the payment was made to some exserviceman in december 2015 after lapse
of than3moths.Earlier pension arreas were calculated manually and we were paid the arrears in the same month of CDA circular.
some time in the next month Now with introduction of computer at all level and CDA prpare necessary software for easy calculationThe delay is avoidable. The delay cause unneccessarily mental agony of many exseviceman who are eagerly waiting for long time/years .I will be thankful this matter may please be taken Min.Of.Def wefare,Reserve bank of India and CDA
    Thanking you

sir, I am sgt sethumadhavan N retired feb 1977 and would like to bring into your notice that most of the cppcs treassuries and other pdas not taken action for revicing the pension of our family pensioners vide pcda circular 502. only those demanded are getting it. The main problem is most of the families are not knowing their entitlement neither no body is there to direct them. If it is possible to pressurise the authorities to issue special orders to pension distributing authorities (banks, treassuries and othet pdas) to revice the family pension vide circular 502.

Reservation in central government is only for advertising. Ex service men have to score same mark as their civil counterparts. I applied for the post of Pharmacist in southern railway. Two Vacancy was reserved for ex servicemen in advertisemen.I was the only ex servicemen applicant and appeared exam. But railway have not selected me and said that the reservation is horizontal and I am being ex srrvice General candidate I have to score 64 mark out of 100 to come in cut off. Then where is the reserved post of ex servicemen. I have passed Diploma in pharmacy in 1989 syllabus But I have to compete with a person who passed out in the 2015 syllabus. Now I am at the age of 48

I request govt to do something correctl for PBOR only not for officeras. Officers of Wg Cdr\ Lt col which every officers get after 24 yrs of service and can serve upto 45yrs get total pension per month Rs54,000/. Is it not huge or
enough. Plus service facility like canteen and medical facility. For a PBOR Medical facility is troublesome and difficult.

From the time of independance, defence services have been treated as a second class citizen.. In 1947 the salary of soldier clerk was reduced from 65/ to 48 because he was getting free food and accommodation? DA was 50%. Till 1957 house rent allowance was Rs.06/- for soldier, 8/25 paise for NCO etrc when civilians were paid fixed or a percentage of salary as house rent. Till 1980, when i retired my TA while travelling by rail or road was Rs. 05/37.So, if the PM,FM and their babu,s refuse to give OROP , it is their mind setting and hatred for defence personnel.
