HRA Cities Classified as ‘Z’: These are not covered by classification as X or Y cities or towns, which are all classified as Z class.

Note: * As per the DoE OM dated 7 July 2017, the rates of HRA will not be less than Rs. Rs. 5400, Rs. 3600, and Rs. 1800 at X, Y, and Z class cities respectively.
