Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) is pleased to announce the Fee Collection Session for the academic year 2024-2025. During this session, new admission students can expect a seamless process of data entry, verification, and fee payment for Quarter 4 (January to March), which will be open from the 5th of February 2024 until the 28th of February 2024. Existing students, on the other hand, can begin their fee payment from the 5th of February 2024 until the 28th of February 2024. Additionally, data entry and verification for Quarter 1 (April to June) will commence from the 5th of February 2024 and will run until the 27th of March 2024. It is crucial for all KV teachers to ensure the completion of students’ data entry and verifications at all levels before the aforementioned schedule, and to offer suitable guidance throughout the process.

Steps to Paid Fee for Transfer Students

For the KVS Fee Collection Session 2024-2025, there are specific steps that need to be followed for student promotion, demotion, or transfer to another class or section. First, the Class Teacher needs to log in and verify the existing student. Then, the Principal also needs to log in and verify the student’s information. Once verified, the Principal can make the necessary promotion or demotion based on the result from the MISC >> Menus >> Promotion/Demotion section. After this step, the student’s data will be in the entry stage in the Class Teacher’s log-in. If any modifications are required, the Class Teacher can make them at this point. It is important to verify the promoted or demoted students’ data again in the new class at both the Class Teacher and Principal level. Only after this verification, the challan for payment of subsequent quarter fee will be generated.

KVS Fee Collection for Class 10 Students

Attention Class 10 students and parents! We have important information regarding the KV School Fee Collection for the upcoming academic year 2024-25. As we eagerly await the declaration of the board results, we have a few instructions to share with you. Firstly, we will be promoting all existing Class 10 students to the 11th class, specifically to the unused sections from Sec C to Sec H as mentioned above. To access these sections, please use the default password “kvs”. Secondly, it is crucial that these students are not verified in the 11th class unused section. Verifying them prematurely may result in the students paying their fees in April, which is not the ideal situation. Lastly, after the declaration of the 10th class results, we will provide a separate menu for promotion, demotion, verification, and other necessary actions for the unverified records in the 11th Class unused section. Please note that if your school only goes up to Class 10, we will promote the Class 10 students to the unused sections (10 Sec C to 10 Sec H) as mentioned above. Again, the default password for this process is “kvs”. Thank you for your attention and cooperation.

KVS Fee Collection for Class 12 Students

This fee collection announcement is specifically for 12th class students. As per the instructions, all existing 12th class students will be promoted to the same class unused section, which ranges from Sec C to Sec H. To access their accounts, students can use the default password provided, which is “kvs”.
It is important to note that these students should not be verified in the unused section. If they are verified, there is a possibility that they may mistakenly pay their fees in the month of April instead of the designated time frame.

Kendriya Vidyalayas under the project sector have been authorized to implement their own fee structures under KVS Letter No. 6-1/91-KVS (Budget) dt.11.11.1999.
