Sub: Freezing of Dearness Allowance till 30.06.2021 for all employees governed by IDA pattern of pay scales revised w.e.f. 01.01.2017.

Ref: Headquarters Circular No. WR-11-2020-08 dated 21.08.2020

Department of Public Enterprises OM No. W-02/0039/2017-DPE(WC)­ GL-XVl./20 dated 19.11.2020 (copy enclosed) has frozen the IDA at current rate of 18.4 % till 30th June 2021. As per the OM, additional installments of Dearness Allowance due from 01.01.2021 and 01.04.2021 shall also not be paid. However, Dearness Allowance at current rates (w.e.f. 01.07.2020) will continue to be paid.

2. No arrears for the period from 01.10.2020 till 30.06.2021 shall be paid.

3. The other terms and conditions for payment of Dearness Allowance shall remain same.
