Double Transport Allowance for CPSE Employees (2026)

The Department of Public Enterprises (DPE), Ministry of Finance, Government of India has released a consolidated guideline regarding Double Transport Allowance, Additional Transport Allowance for CPSE employees with disabilities. This Office Memorandum is dated 13 January 2026 and compiles all previous instructions issued from time to time.

The new OM modifies earlier paragraphs relating to transport allowances:

  • Para 3(vi) of DPE OM dated 10.07.2018 amended.
  • Para 9 of DPE OM dated 03.08.2017 amended.
