DA & DR Calculation Sheet
The DA calculation sheet is a document that shows the calculations behind the determination of Dearness Allowance (DA) for employees. It contains detailed information about the employee’s basic salary, current DA percentage, and any other relevant allowances or deductions. The sheet is used by employers to ensure that they are accurately calculating the DA entitlements of their employees, and to demonstrate transparency in the calculation process. Dearness Allowance Calculation Sheet
The calculation sheet for DA spanning from January 2006 to December 2015 is now available, in accordance with the recommendations of the 6th Central Pay Commission. To calculate the values, A is equal to M divided by Y, B is equal to AICPIN, C is the sum of all values for the 12 months, D is the average of those 12 months, E represents the percentage increase over 115.763, and F represents the applicable DA.

Expected DA Calculation Tables
It is a document used to calculate the Dearness Allowance (DA) for Central Government (CG) employees.
The DA is calculated based on the percentage increase in the All India Consumer Price Index (AICPI).
The DA is revised twice a year, with effect from January and July.
All employees of the Central Government, including those in public sector units and autonomous bodies, are eligible for DA.
The DA amount varies based on the employee’s grade pay or pay matrix level.
