If HRA admissible for a railway person residing in Agra city (Uttar Pradesh) at the rate of 20% of Basic Pay wef 001.09.2008 in terms of Rly Board letter No. E(P&A)II-2008/HRA-10 dated 12.09.2008 as the Agra city does not listed in the annexure of said letter. The department earlier admitted and paid HRA to the employee at 20% since 01. Apr 2012 but recovered the same and paid the HRA for Y Class city rate wef 01.04.2015 onward.
