General Provident Fund (GPF) Interest Rate from April 2020 – 7.1%
The Department of Economic Affairs (Budget Division) has published a resolution on 7th April 2020 about the revision of interest rate for the fund in General Provident Fund (GPF) from April 2020.

As per the resolution, accumulations at the credit of subscribers to the General Provident Fund and other similar funds shall carry interest at the rate of 7.1% (Seven points one percent) w.e.f. 1st April 2020 to 30th June 2020.
