‘No Accommodation Certificate’ For Government Employees for HRA
House Rent Allowance Certificate
The meaning of ‘No Accommodation’ is that not residing in Government quarters or rent-free accommodation provided by the Central or State Government.
A self-certificate will be provided for claiming House Rent Allowance

No Accommodation Certificate
No Need to Submit No Accommodation Certificate for Granting of House Rent Allowance from 5.3.2019
As per the Department of Expenditure order issued on 5 March 2019, the conditions of applying for Government Accommodation and furnishing of ‘No Accommodation Certificate’ by Central Government employees to become eligible for House Rent Allowance, are dispensed with for all places.
