Central Government Gazetted Holidays (Closed Holidays) in Kolkata (West Bengal) for the year 2020

In accordance with the instructions given in the order issued by DoPT, the working committee of CGEWCC Kolkata taken the decision on holidays in the meeting held on 17th September 2019.

An additional selection of three holidays, Basant Panchami/Sri Panchami, Holo and Dussehra (Maha Saptami) are selected as compulsory holidays for the Central government offices located in Kolkata (WB) in 2020. And also decided another two holidays for adding in the restricted list. The list of compulsory and restricted holiday list is given below for your information.
