7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix Table is not a simple number table, it is a highly sensitive pay progression hierarchy system table for 35 lakh employees working in Central Government.
This 7th CPC Pay Matrix hierarchy system table is used for the period from January 2016 to December 2015. In other words, till implementation of 8th pay commission.
The purpose of the new 7 CPC Pay Matrix Table is not only for modifying the basic pay from 6th CPC to 7th CPC. Also to calculate Pay fixation after promotion or up-gradation and determine the annual increment also calculate easily.
