Canteen Staff : Their structure in various ministries/departments is as under:
There are general demands to upgrade each post on the grounds that such posts hold higher responsibilities compared to other posts at similar levels.
Analysis and Recommendations : The Commission does not find valid justification for upgrade. Replacement pay levels are recommended.
