Sources said that the Bank Strike is one of the main reason for delay.
Due to the announcement of Two Day Bank Strike from 26th to 27th September 2019, payment for the month of September for Central Government employees was credited before 26.9.2019. Also the pension for all pensioners including family pensioners was credited before 26th September 2019 respective accounts without adding 5% additional DA and DR.

All CG employees and Pensioners will get 3 months DA arrears from July to September.
