Get ready for the holidays in 2023 with the Odisha Government holiday list. The Revenue and Disaster Management Department has issued a notification (RDM-Req-MISC-0014-2022- 37021 /R&D.M., Dated: 01 Nov 2022) declaring the list of holidays for the year 2023 (Saka-Era-1944 and 1945).
As per the notification, all State Government Offices, Revenue and Magisterial Courts (Executive) will remain closed on the days mentioned in Annexure-I. In addition, State Government employees can avail one holiday from the options listed in Annexure-II, with written permission from the authority who is competent to sanction casual leave, irrespective of their religious affiliation/denomination.
