I retired on 01 November 2016 in the Rank of Hony Capt after completion 30 years of service At that time 7 CPC was not implemented.
Now I have received new PPO with effect of 7 CPC that My Basic Pension has given only Rs 38,400.00.
I would like to know that A Hony Captain who retired in December 2015 he drawn Basic Pension RS 43,716/ and myself only 38400/.
What is the reason of huge different between the both either both commuted same amount Rs 8072/-.
Why govt doing ignore in this regards.

7 pay commission hony lt/Capt why pay fixation for retd pension benefits is not there earlier All hony officer use to get same pension. irrespective of last basic drawn.Now pension is accounted last basic drawn
I retired as hony capt on 1st September 2006.As per circular no 506 my pension revised ₹15465 w.e.f 24 SEP 2012 where as as per 6th CPC it should be implemented wef 01 Jan2006 as revised pre 2006 retiree.Please take appropiriate action for post 2006 retired hony commissined Offr for revising their pension we’d Jan 2006 and release the arrears.
I retd in 30 nov 2006 from rank of Hony. Lt , i got Hony. Lt Rank On 15 Agust and after retirement I awarded by Hony. Can’t but I am getting pension of Hony. Lt why I am not getting pension of captain ?? I am from from Corps Of EME ( Electronics and Mechnical Engineers ) . Accounting to feb 2018 my Basic Pension Is Rs43664. Regards Hony. Capt Umesh Singh

I am retired from Army Service as Subedar & Hony Lt wef 01 Sep 2009 as per PCDA Circular Number 547 & 549 pension of Hony Lt & Hony Capt have been revised @ Rs 15465/ of Hony Lt wef 01 Jan 2006 whereas I have and other Hony Lt & Hony Capt got less pension @ Rs 13500 to 13800 as applicable.
I have approached to PCDA (P) Allahabad and GCDA Delhi but no any reply received . Two/three times PCDA (P) replied that matter has been referred to HQ by Grant Sec, action will be taken accordingly. But till date nothing has been done. I am no understanding to whom I approach for revision of pension.
I have retired in the rank of hony Lt on 1st Jul 1999 with 31 years service. My basic pension is 41351/-.It is seen from the chart that a hony Lt rtired with 29.5 yrs service their basic pension is 43687/-.Please intimate on my e-mail to whom I have to approach to clarify the disparity.

It seems to be there you was retired in 6/99, after that he might have been in service if he is in service he got the increment of July additional basic’ pay with D.A. After retired you got 50% D.R. for your basic Pension that Pension also 50% only.. Moreover he might have been having fixed medical allowance due to his residing area.

1. I was retired as Hony Lt from Army wef 01/10/2007. I hereby express my grief that I received the revised pension implemented @ Rs. 15465/- wef 24/09/2012 vide Circular No 506 but not yet received for the period from 01/09/2010 to 23/09/2012 with retirement benefits. I had drawn the basic pension during this period @ Rs. 13800/-pm. I approached BY RTI to PCDA, Pension welfare New Delhi, and CGDA , but all the reluctant take any initiative for resolution of my problems. including Pre-2006 pensioners (in this connection Circulars No 501, 547 & 565 (for pre-2006) and Circular No 506 and 471 refers). It is also clarified that pre-2006 pensioners have drawn more pension than me for the period from 01/10/2007 to 23/09/2012.
2. At this stage, I am unable to approach any authority. Therefore, I request you sir, kindly advice me where to approach for solution of my pension problems at mail ID given here at an early date if it is feasible.

I had drawn the basic pension during this period @ Rs. 13940/-pm. I approached to JCDA (AF) New Delhi, PCDA (pension) Allahabad and also Air HQ Directorate of Air Veteran, but all the reluctant take any initiative for resolution of my problems. All the honorary rank of Fg Offrs post-2006 have received this benefits long back including Pre-2006 pensioners (in this connection Circulars No 501, 547 & 565 (for pre-2006) and Circular No 506 and 471 refers). It is also clarified that pre-2006 pensioners have drawn more pension than me for the period from 01/09/2010 to 23/09/2012.
