    dear sir,
The salary of staff and officers shuold not have wide gap as seen in all pay commission , It implies that there is difference in importance of work and other work. That is the reason an employee earn respect from work to work where as in western countries no work can be treated as higher or lower in value. each worker irrespective of scavenger to PM command same respect publicly an no person can look down upon any particular type of work differently. but in this country each category of work command respect in the light of money he gets from work, This is the reason people do not take interest in specific type of work and there is no motivation for such work. These low class dignified work are imposed upon them forcefully. Now in 7th PC Govt should send some motivation for low profile important works like , cleaning and assistance without which there is no swiftness in general working of a system. SO please upgrade low profile considered work , like gangman, peon, safaiwalas, and other D category staff removing the inferiority complex created in them due to low salary and thus unablity to share the similar plateform like other employee of the same department. Hope it convinces you all for low disparity in pay among staff and officers
