Effortlessly, Govrnment is marching in issuing instructions /directives on cash handling. Now without assuring whether ATMs are working and disbrsing cash as stipulated ?( Rs.24000 in a week). If yes, only then the restriction of 3 ( three) transaction needed to be implemented. Otherwise it’s a futile and unrestful order for all.
