Sub:- Submission of Memorandum on issues common to all Central Government employees.
On behalf of all the participating Associations / Federations in the JCM, we submit herewith our Memorandum on issues Common to all Central Government Employees. The memorandum is in two parts. Part one deals with Pay, allowances, advances, facilities, benefits et., Part II is concerning retirement benefits, viz gratuity, Pension, Medical facilities etc.

1. 5th. pay comm. recomendation for a/cs deptt. of rly are not getting pay from 1 1 1996. about 94 lacs central govt. employs are getting from 1 1 1996,but govt. told to honreble sc in their slp that we have no money for 40000 employs of rly a/cs deptt.
2.candidate appointed as CG || in rly a/cs deptt. were not granted benfit of ACP/ MACP on their due.honreble SCorder.
SO MY REQUEST IS “RESOLVE ALL ANOMALIES BEFORE GETTING 7th. PAY COMM. RECOMENDATION.
