one would like to know as to the compensation available to the spouse of the deceased, his children and his parents monthly till ? That when a traffic police met with an accident and died in Delhi Delhi Govt. granted ex-gratia of Rs. one crore and such payments are being made. In case of the Martyrs during the terrorist attack in URI in Kashmir what would be the ex-gratia payment of that sort to the family of martyr? What are other compensational benefits available to the family of martyr?
