KVS SCHEDULE FOR ADMISSION

The Admission Schedule for the Session 2020-21 will be as under:-

• Advertisement for admission: 17/07/2020 (Friday)
• Online Registration for Class-I: 20/07/2020 (Monday) 10:00 AM onwards
• Last date of Online Registration for Class-I: 07/08/2020 (Friday) till
  7:00 PM (19 days)

KVS Provisional & Waiting List Publishing Dates 2020-21

Selection list will be published in the following dates for the categories of Declaration of provisional select and waitlist of registered candidates and Admission of eligible candidates of the selected list in the following order, RTE, From Service Priority Category (I and II) only, Shortfall of Reservation Quota after admission in (i) and (ii) above:

• 1st list on 11/08/2020 (Tuesday)
• 2nd list on 24/08/2020 (Monday) (if seats remain vacant)
• 3rd list on 26/08/2020 (Wednesday) (if seats remain vacant)
  Provisional select list for priority service category for unreserved seats
  Declaration of a provisional select list of candidates as per priority service category for unreserved seats, if any (keeping the leftover reserved seats blocked).
• 27/08/2020 (Thursday) to 29/08/2020 (Saturday) (3 days)

KVS Second Notification Date 2020-21

Extended date for Second Notification for offline registrations for admissions to be made under RTE Provisions, SC/ST and OBC(NCL) if
sufficient applications not received in online mode.

• Notification on 31/08/2020 (Monday)
• Registration from 31/08/2020(Monday) to 05/09/2020 (Saturday)
• Display of list and Admissions 07/09/2020(Monday) to 11/09/2020 (Friday)

KVS Class 2 & above Registration Date 2020-21

Registration for Class-II onwards (except Class XI)- Subject in offline mode to availability of vacancies in a particular class

• 20/07/2020 (Monday) to 25/07/2020 (Saturday)
• KVS Class 2 & above Result Date 2020-21
• Declaration of the list of class II onwards.
• 29/07/2020 at 4:00 PM (Wednesday)

KVS Class 2 and above Admission Date 2020-21

• Admission for class II onwards.
• 30/07/2020 (Thursday) to 07/08/2020 (Friday)
• KVS Class 11 Registration Date 2020-21

For KVS students: Registration for admission in class XI.

• Within a week of the declaration of class X results
• KVS Class 11 Admission Date 2020-21
• KVS students: Display of admission list & admissions for Class-XI.
• Within two weeks of the declaration of class X results.

KVS Admission for Non-KV Students

• Non-KV students: Registration, display of admission list & admissions in class XI (Subject to availability of vacancies)
• After the admissions of KV students in class X
• KVS Admission 2020-21 Last Date for Class 11
• Last date of admission for all classes including XI
• 15/09/2020 (Tuesday)
• (tentative, depending on the declaration of class X result)
