Everybody thinking as more benefit on 50% of DA merge with basic pay…not like that..!
It is essential to CG Employees, of course for others, getting from some other way in hike in regular income…
For Example, an employee’s basic pay Rs.10000 as on 1.1.2011, after merging of 50% dearness allowance the calculation is clearly shows the difference only 50 rupees per month…
This is to inform you that from the 6th CPC only the 50% of pay as treated as Pension. Your last pay is RS 6500/- only that 50% DEARNESS PAY was merged in 6th CPC. As per last pay of RS.6500 x 1.86 =12090+4200=16290 x 2.57= 41865.30 fixed in 7th #CPC MATRIX LEVEL 6,STAGE 42,300 divided by 2 i.e 50% of pay/Pension as RS.21,,500/- w.e.f 1/1/2016 plus applicable dearness relief.. This method was filled.

Graveness of Rly.. Pensioners . After complet 31 yrs Service I taken VR from Service on 31-07-2005 as Head Clerk Basic was Rs,6500+3250DP=Rs,9750/- & Gr.Rs,5000-150-8000(RPS). I very sorry Pension fixess due to 10th Months Avrrage emmulate Basic & Leave not due. Rs.4748/( 3165+1583dp=Rs.4748/- My Qalifying Service 32 yrs.5 months,29 Days as per my Railway PPO.But Hon`ble HC & OM Rly BD New Dehli declare HC Jugdment and OM Less than 50% pension & Less than 33 yrs Service.
1) No Benefit of HC & OM Circulars MY Less not done 50%,\
2) 6th CPC fixed m y Pension Rs. 4748 on Ratio of 1.506 %
( While 6th CPC Ratio is 1.85%) Please Calculate 6th CPC fission I have get Pension Rs,7155/- It is not Correct.
3) 7th CPC Revised fixed on Last Basic at the Time of Settlement dues .
My Last Basic was Rs.6500 + 3250 DP= Rs,9750/-
