Following the publication of the All India Consumer Price Index (CPI-IW BY-2016) for the month of October 2023, the ssubsequent stage of calculating Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR) was put into effect in accordance with the recommendations made by the 7th Pay Commission.
