PRESS NOTE
The National Federation of Indian Railwaymen (NFIR)’s General Secretary expressed serious disappointment and unhappiness over the Government’s decision on minimum wage.
Although there is justification of upward revision of minimum wage, the Government has not done justice to the employees. Similarly, the multiplier factor has not adequately been revised, Dr. Raghavaiah General Secretary NFIR said.
” Dr. Raghavaiah further said that as already decided by the NJCA, Railway employees will go on strike from 6:00 AM of 11th July 2016″

Have any one calculated if any employee who does not get HRA or any other allowances (not in higher limit) deducting PF, I/T, GIS how much will be take home salary?
Pay matrix it is another ammusing benift Rs 5/ to 1900/ ( roughly) any other who gets lower salary he may be at per with the kigher salary getter.
The other hand present pay difference is Rs 1200/ matrix shows the difference Rs 2500/ in the next increment it goes to a difference Rs 5000/.
However the whole thing needs to be reviwed for the above.
