Demand of ‘One Area One Allowance’ to 6 Paramilitary Forces – CRPF, BSF, ITBP, CISF, SSB and NSG
Paramilitary forces have demanded creation of a “national allowance grid”.
In a recent presentation given to the 7th Pay Commission by the chiefs of six paramilitaries working under the command of the Union Home Ministry– CRPF, BSF, ITBP, CISF, SSB and NSG — these forces have demanded ‘one area, one allowance’ for the troops who are on continuous duty both during war and peace at country’s international borders and in heavy duty conflict theaters of anti-Naxal operations and counter-insurgency tasks.
The Directors General of these forces, according to the presentation accessed by PTI, have asked the Commission to create a uniform band or a national allowance grid where every soldier, whether from the Army, Navy, Air Force or these central forces, deployed in an identical area is given equal allowances categorised under hard area/risk allowance.
To give an example, the paramilitary forces have demanded that an Army soldier and a BSF trooper posted shoulder-to- shoulder along the Indo-Pak border should draw the same allowances irrespective of his force affiliation. Similar request has been made by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police which is deployed along the China border along with special Army units.
At present, the special allowances given to paramilitary troops is lesser than those given to Army or other service soldiers.

Govt and all CPMF sorry CAPF force Directors are not interested to implement their force to national wide secure than Army whereas army deploys small areas and get high emulments. Low risk and High gain to ARMY. 24 hrs serve to the b=nation by BSF but getting nothing.

Sir I am a j and k police personnel. We are drawing less salary per month than any other para military forces. Its pertinent to mention that j and k police is all in one deptt among belt forces. We have to deal with law and order, insurgency, crime detection and crime prevention, in fact we we have to deal every situation. Still we draw a little pay as compared to other belt forces. Plzzz look into the matter.. I think this will be the case with all state police deptt. Also we can avail only 21 days casual leave and one month earned leave.. Then the question f serving in home state is not an excuse

Sir Jo MLA 5 years ke liye banta hai Uske liye pension scheme hai. Lekin jo sainik pura life aapne family ko chhod kar es desh ke border per sewa karta hai Uske liye pension scheme nahi hai. Socho sir ye bhi coropation me aata hai. Mai Aaplog se request karna chahta hu ki pairamilatary forces ke jawano Ko bhi pensions milna chahiye.

Sir Bsf and army is joint duty in srinager kashmir so. .jo department glacier may. ..ice area may duty kartha hi. .jaisha ki Bsf India ki her border ko sureksha kar rha hi. .

what about exercising option for revision of 6th CPC to 7th CPC. If someone gets more benefit by continuing with the existing pay rules than the new 7th CPC for 3/4 months more and thereafter gets revised after attaining Ist or IInd MACP. There would be number of cases of that sort also. Kindly bring the matter brought into the knowledge of 7 cpc so that they consider for option before to get their pay fixed by giving option.
WHAT ABOUT PARA MILITARY SERVICES PAY ? IT HAS BEEN SET ASIDE BY 6TH CPC AND PERSONNEL ARE AWAITING TO LISTEN GOOD NEWS PMSP
Bsf ko army ke sath duty karbaya jata hai to BSF ke jwanao ko ja paramilitary ke jwanao ko aur unke family ko b military hospital ki subidha honi chahiye.

Same facility should be provided for a same work. No partiality should be there between armad force and paramilitary forces.
Also provide hospital facility after retirement in paramilitary force.
To relese Assam Rifles from dual command. They were benifited neither allce given to army nor cpmf.

BSF is PERFORMING VERY hard DUTY on International Border as well as LOC,ALWAYS facing difficulties,but the Goverment India does not want to give any special financial facilities for this 1st line FORCE

I am BSF personal and By Allah I know paramilitary men feel psychologically inferior when government don’t wight them equal with army don’t in terms of warfare but in terms of equal treatment ……

All pahara military ko ex services man ka darja milna chahiye. CSD facility’s milna chahiye. Medical facility. Pahara military allowance milna chahiye. (Army ko one Rank one pencen Diya ja raha hai paharamiltry q nahi.) Army aur pahara miltry jo pay aur facility’s me jo antar hai use barabar kiya jai.

There have much to be done regarding welfare of CPAF’S . The very. First & urgent thing is CSD SMART CARD. Though CAPF’S have Central police canteen that is supplied by direct good’s company that is much expensive in combination of C.S.D a borderman do not get good’s on border even by giving high price of goods.
SIR, I FIRMLY BELIEVE IT IS NEEDLESS TO EXPLAIN THE DUTIES OUR PARA MIL FORCES BROTHERS ARE DOING IN THE PRESENT INTERNAL AND ON BORDER AREAS.. DEFENCE ALONE CAN`T KEEP SECURE AND STRONG OUR COUNTRY. WE MUST HONOUR AND RESPECT THEIR DUTIES AND SHOULD ALWAYS CONSIDER THEIR PAY & ALLOWANCES INCL PENSION.
