Punjab Government announces Diwali Festival Bonanza of 3% Dearness Allowance increase to its employees and pensioners from 1st November 2019. Following the Cabinet approval on 5% additional DA to Central Government employees, the State Government of Punjab on Saturday announced a ‘Festival Gift’ by increasing the Dearness allowance for its employees and pensioners by 3% with effect from 1.11.2019.
