  1. Modified parity is boon for juniors and suicidel for seniors. Rejection of option one has made the seniors to suffer life long. This is great injustice

  2. It looks fifth commission did not compensate from point to point basis hence it is not equitable to pensioners who came from fourth pay commission

    Hence the 7th pay commission recommendation for number of increments corresponding to number of years is denied.
