State-wise List of CGHS Wellness Centres in India

A comprehensive list of CGHS Wellness Centres throughout India approved by the Central Government can be found here. The opening of new CGHS Wellness Centres in new locations is contingent on the norms developed by the Department of Expenditure under the Ministry of Finance, which includes a minimum of 6,000 Central Government Employees, subject to the availability of resources and the sanction of new staff posts.

To open a new CGHS Wellness Centre in an existing CGHS City, the card holders (serving employees of Central Government and Central Civil Pensioners) must total at least 2000. For extending CGHS to a new City, the number of cardholders must be at least 6000.
