    1. I was boarded out from Army due to low medical category (A2 ) (P) on 01 Sep 2006 in the rank of Subedar after rendering the service of 24 yrs. I had to served upto 28 yrs of service as per my rank profile.

    2. The persons who were also in low medical category and were retained in service had served upto 28yrs and getting the Pension benefits both of service as well as disability pension more than who were boarded out.
    3. I am getting less pension (both service and disability) than the persons of Subedar Rank who were also in LOW MEDICAL CATEGORY but retained in service and my served upto 28 yrs service as per rank structure.

    4. I was not discharged from Army on my own request but was boarded out as per Army Rule 13 (3), then why I should be suffer in front of pension benefits.

    # The persons who were perforcely boarded out from Army before completing their colour service should also be entitled their both service and disability pension at par as entitled to other persons who were also in LOW MEDICAL CATEGORY but retained in the service and served their colour service as per their rank structure.
This disparity should be removed .
