What is the role of a beneficiary in providing information regarding any change in data regarding his card?
It is the responsibility of the beneficiary to provide information to CGHS authorities regarding any changes required in the beneficiary database especially related to death, marriage, earning status (see dependency criteria) of any cardholder in the family.
