Substantial Surge in July 23 AICPIN

There has been a substantial surge in the AICPIN for the month of July 2023. The CPI index has witnessed a notable increase of 3.3 points, marking a significant milestone since 2016. As a direct consequence of this remarkable upswing, the Dearness Allowance (DA) has risen by 0.89% within a span of just one month. Consequently, the DA has escalated from its previous level of 46.23% to an updated rate of 47.12%.

Future Trajectory of AICPIN!

The future trajectory of the AICPIN remains uncertain. It is difficult to predict the current trend with accuracy. In the event that the AICPIN shows an upward movement, achieving a 50% result in DA should not pose any difficulties. However, if the AICPIN e​experiences a consecutive downtrend over two months, the​ DA percentage will stand at 49% instead.
